When temperatures soar during the summer, I'm all about keeping the kitchen as cool as possible. That doesn't mean skipping dessert, though! Sweet treats that are made without turning the oven on are my go-to.
My biggest pet peeve with no bake dessert recipes is that so many of them need to stay frozen until right before serving. That's fine if you're at home, but if you want to head out camping or meet friends for a picnic, you'll need an easy dessert that can be tossed in a cooler without fear of it turning into a soupy mess.
These 13 no bake desserts don't require a permanent stay in the freezer, so feel free to whip one up, plop it in your cooler, and head to the beach.
