Turkey, melted Brie, and zippy cranberry relish, sandwiched between warm toasted rolls, make these Thanksgiving-inspired sliders your new favorite easy camping meal.
Prepare a campfire and let it burn down to hot coals or low flame.
Coat the bottom of a disposable foil pan with cooking spray.
Place the bottom half of the rolls in the pan. Top with turkey, then arrange the sliced Brie in a single layer on top of the turkey. Spread the cranberry relish over the Brie.
Place the top half of the rolls on top and brush with melted butter.
Cover the pan tightly with foil.
Cook over hot coal, rotating occasionally, until the bottoms of the buns are toasted, the cheese is melted, and everything is warm, 20 to 25 minutes.
Use a spatula or knife to cut between the rolls to create individual sliders. Serve warm.
Notes
Get ahead--Assemble the sliders up to 1 day before cooking.
Don't burn it--Use hot coals or low flame when heating your turkey sliders. A very hot fire or high flames can cause the bottoms of the buns to burn.
Cooking time--Very cool or windy weather may result in a longer cooking time.
