Ingredients

  • 1 sleeve (7 oz | 200 g) graham crackers
  • ¾ cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 ⅓ cup chocolate pudding
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Place the crackers in a resealable plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin. Alternatively, you can blitz them in a food processor until coarsely ground.
  • In each of the jars place ¼ cup crushed crackers. Top with 3 tablespoons marshmallow fluff, followed by ⅓ cup chocolate pudding. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon chocolate chips and 1 to 2 tablespoons of graham cracker crumbs.
  • Cover the jars with their lids and bands and store in the fridge or cooler until you're ready to serve them.

Notes

  • Let it be--Don't stress too much about the layers being perfectly even. When you eat it, everything will meld together into the perfect s'mores bite!
  • Let it rest--Marshmallow fluff is incredibly sticky. Once you add it to your jar, don't try to spread it as it will just create a sticky mess. To get an even layer of marshmallow fluff, let it sit for about 15 minutes after adding the fluff to the jar before topping with the pudding. The marshmallow fluff will spread out on its own to create an even layer.
  • Make dippers--To make graham cracker "dippers" for your jars, reserve 2 crackers before crushing the remaining ones. Break the reserved crackers in half and serve one half with each jar.
