Ingredients

  • ½ ounce (1 tablespoon) cranberry syrup
  • ½ ounce (1 tablespoon) Grand Marnier (or other orange liqueur)
  • 2 ounces (4 tablespoons) pomegranate juice
  • Chilled Prosecco or dry sparkling wine

Instructions

  • Divide the cranberry syrup, Grand Marnier, and pomegranate juice between two champagne flutes.
  • Top with Prosecco or sparkling wine. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Get ahead--You can combine the syrup, juice, and liqueur up to an hour ahead of time, but add the chilled sparkling wine just before serving.
  • Make it a mocktail--Use orange juice instead of orange liqueur, and replace the sparkling wine with ginger ale or club soda.
